1. Return Policy

At Sohan Jewellers W.L.L., we take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you wish to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

Standard Returns (Domestic)

  • Items must be returned within 15 days from the date of receipt.
  • Products must be in their original, unworn, undamaged, and unaltered condition.
  • All returns must include the original Sohan Jewellers packaging, the product certificate, and the original invoice.
  • Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
  • For refund details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Courier Returns (International)

  • International returns will be coordinated by Sohan Jewellers W.L.L., using the same courier service (e.g., DHL) as the original shipment.
  • If the returned item is confirmed to be in good condition, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges and any applicable duties or taxes.
  • Items not returned within the specified timeframe—even if cancellation was requested via email or chat—may be subject to additional recovery costs, which will be communicated in advance.

2. Exchange Policy

At Sohan Jewellers W.L.L., we are committed to offering a flexible and customer-friendly exchange experience. Please review the following terms for exchanging gold jewelry purchased through our online store.

  1. Exchange Within 15 Days
  • Gold jewelry purchased through our online store can be exchanged within 15 days from the invoice date.
  • Exchanges can be completed either online or at any of our BAHARIN store locations.
  • The exchange will be processed without any deduction in gold weight or making charges, provided the item is in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition.
  • Only one exchange is permitted per invoice under this policy.
  1. Exchange After 15 Days
  • For exchanges requested after 15 days from the date of purchase:
    • The stone weight (if applicable) and making charges will be deducted.
    • The exchange value will be based on the prevailing gold rate on the date of exchange.

3. Return & Exchange Conditions

At Sohan Jewellers W.L.L., we take great care to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. If you are not completely satisfied, please review the conditions below for return or exchange eligibility:

  1. Eligibility Returns are accepted only if:
    • The product is received in the incorrect size
    • The item arrives damaged or defective
  2. Condition of Returned Items
    • Items must be returned in new, unused condition
    • Products should be free from scratches, marks, or any visible damage
    • All original packaging, certificates, and documentation must be included
    • Resized, altered, or damaged items are not eligible for exchange or return and will be sent back at the customer’s expense
  3. Ring Size Replacement
    • For ring size replacements, we will ship the correct size upon request
    • One-way shipping cost for the size exchange will be borne by the customer

**Important Notice**

Sohan Jewellers W.L.L. will not accept any returned items that show signs of tampering, modification, or unauthorized alteration. Such products will be immediately returned to the sender at their expense.

We exclusively sell authentic natural stones and precious metals, unless otherwise clearly stated in the accompanying warranty. Detailed information regarding gold weight, diamond specifications, and product authenticity is printed on each item’s product label.
