(c) Payment After placing your order, we will authorize your payment card to verify funds. Funds will be treated as a deposit until the order is confirmed and dispatched. Once confirmed, the transaction is finalized.

Sohan Jewellers W.L.L. is not responsible for delays or issues at your country’s customs office. If customs fees or duties apply, these must be paid directly by you. We do not issue refunds for items held or seized by customs authorities.

Section 5 – Repair Policy

if you experience any issues with your jewelry, please visit any of our stores in Bahrain and present your invoice. Our team will gladly assist you and arrange for your item to be repaired as swiftly as possible.

Section 6 – Pricing Policy

All prices on our website are listed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and include 10% VAT. Customers are responsible for any additional charges, such as customs duties or shipping-related fees. If applicable, your shipping provider will contact you for payment. Failure to settle these fees may result in the parcel being returned at your expense.

Prices are set seasonally based on current exchange rates and supplier pricing. They may change at any time due to market fluctuations, vendor updates, or markdowns—temporarily or permanently—at the discretion of Sohan Jewellers and in accordance with supplier guidelines.

Section 7 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. If any part is found invalid, the rest will remain enforceable. These Terms form the entire agreement between you and Sohan Jewellers regarding website use.
